Transformation Strategy Manager

Job Summary

As the day-to-day operator within the AI Transformation team, the remote Transformation Strategy Manager will translate transformation vision into actionable requirements, drive cross-functional execution, and manage the analytics to assess the effectiveness of AI initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the translation of transformation vision into shippable requirements for AI PMs and engineers while driving execution across functions
• Build and maintain the enterprise capability map to document ownership, processes, and AI integration
• Run the transformation intake and prioritization process to ensure high-value initiatives are sequenced and resourced effectively

Required qualifications

• Five or more years in investment banking or top-tier management consulting with a proven track record in high-stakes problem-solving
• Demonstrated first-principles thinking and the ability to reframe vague briefs into actionable plans
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including experience with metric trees and data modeling
• Hands-on fluency with frontier AI tools and experience redesigning workflows around AI
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder initiatives without formal authority, demonstrating effective alignment and tradeoff management
