Transient Sales Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting Transient Specialists and participating hotels, the full-time hourly Transient Sales Analyst will execute transient sales strategies by preparing RFP submissions, managing rate distribution, and creating performance reports in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist a portfolio of hotels with transient sales execution under the guidance of Transient Specialists
• Prepare and distribute hotel performance reports using various data systems to aid business decision-making
• Execute transient rate loading and ensure proper distribution of rates while preparing onboarding documents

Required qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in hotel sales, business travel, revenue management, or related analytical roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work with data accurately across multiple systems
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize multiple requests and meet deadlines
• Experience with hotel systems such as Opera, Reserve, or Cvent is preferred
