Transient Sales Specialist
Job Summary
To support the Central Services RFP Assist team, the full-time remote Transient Sales Specialist will manage the transient sales strategy for a portfolio of Essentials hotels, collaborating with colleagues and providing excellent service throughout the RFP process.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of Hyatt's Transient tools and RFP process to guide hotels on execution
- Manage Transient RFP strategy and responses for participating hotels
- Provide exceptional service to hotels while maintaining a positive attitude
Required qualifications
- Expert user of the new user interface of Cvent transient
- Adept with Excel and basic business use
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a hotel or related field
- Knowledge of Amadeus products (Agency360 and Demand360)
- Home office position requiring a productive home office space
