Job Summary
Supporting workflows and design standards within the PLS-CADD software suite, the full-time remote Transmission & Distribution PLS-CADD Lead will engage with users, develop best practices, and assist in creating and managing departmental standards while maintaining project responsibilities.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the creation, implementation, and management of PLS-CADD standards, templates, and design resources
- Train and mentor team members on Transmission & Distribution design standards and PLS-CADD best practices
- Collaborate with project teams and IT to support software deployment and resolve technical issues
Required qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology, Drafting, Engineering Design, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with the PLS-CADD software suite
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the Transmission & Distribution industry
- Experience with AutoCAD, MicroStation, ArcGIS, or related design technologies is preferred
- Must have permanent authorization to work in the United States
