Transplant Data Manager

Job Summary

Leading initiatives for data quality and performance improvement, the full-time remote Transplant Data Manager will oversee data collection, manage multidisciplinary teams, and drive change within the transplant department.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee data collection for transplant referrals, candidates, and donors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with governing bodies
• Lead and motivate teams to align departmental goals with organizational objectives, fostering a collaborative environment
• Proactively assess and implement change initiatives, providing ongoing feedback and support to staff regarding performance standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline or an Associate's degree with significant experience
• Five years of progressive experience in a related field with a Bachelor's degree or ten years with an Associate's degree
• Experience with hematology oncology, Bone Marrow transplant, or Cellular Therapy is preferred
• Proficiency in extracting clinical information from EHRs for registry forms
• No licensure or certification required
