Job Summary
Evaluating and adjudicating complex claims, the full-time Transportation Claims Adjuster will manage bodily injury claims, oversee investigations, and prepare detailed reports while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and adjudicate complex claims, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Oversee the investigation and resolution of bodily injury claims involving company vehicles
- Prepare detailed file summaries for internal reporting and large loss assessments
Required qualifications
- Post-secondary education in an Insurance program or related field
- 2+ years of experience in trucking, claims, or safety and compliance
- Experience with commercial lines and transportation liability
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and stay calm in crisis situations
