Transportation Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Seeking a bilingual Transportation Claims Adjuster, the full-time remote position will involve investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving personal auto and commercial transportation claims while ensuring compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and evaluate auto and trucking liability claims, including Collision, Cargo, and Bodily Injury
• Negotiate and resolve claims in collaboration with clients, insureds, and legal representatives
• Manage claims of varying complexity, ensuring timely and accurate claim resolution

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish (fluent in speaking and reading)
• 5+ years of liability or transportation claims experience
• Active claims adjusting licenses as required by jurisdiction
• Strong knowledge of liability claims handling practices
• Experience with BI, CGL, or transportation-related claims preferred
