Transportation Claims Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Transportation Claims & Subrogation Specialist, the full-time remote position will manage commercial transportation claims, investigate liability, and negotiate recoveries while collaborating with various internal teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Review and manage commercial transportation claims involving bodily injury, property damage, and liability
• Investigate accidents to determine liability using various forms of documentation
• Identify, initiate, and negotiate subrogation and recovery opportunities with insurers and third parties

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of claims experience, preferably within commercial auto, trucking, or transportation
• Strong hands-on experience with subrogation and claims recovery
• Experience handling bodily injury, property damage, and liability claims
• Proven negotiation experience with insurers, adjusters, attorneys, and other third parties
• Strong knowledge of claims investigation and liability assessment
