Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Transportation Claims & Subrogation Specialist, the full-time remote position will manage commercial transportation claims, investigate liability, identify recovery opportunities, and negotiate with insurers and other parties.
Key responsibilities:
- Review and manage commercial transportation claims involving bodily injury, property damage, and liability
- Investigate accidents and determine liability using various supporting documentation
- Identify and initiate subrogation and recovery opportunities, preparing and issuing demands with evidence
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of claims experience, preferably in commercial auto, trucking, or transportation
- Strong hands-on experience with subrogation and claims recovery
- Experience handling bodily injury, property damage, and liability claims
- Proven negotiation experience with insurers, adjusters, attorneys, and third parties
- Strong knowledge of claims investigation and liability assessment
