Key responsibilities
- Coordinates transportation operations, including planning freight movements and selecting carriers
- Ensures compliance for cross-border and international shipments, maintaining accurate customs documentation
- Manages the global carrier network by onboarding carriers and negotiating freight rates
Required qualifications
- Experience in transportation and logistics, including freight planning and carrier coordination
- Knowledge of cross-border and international freight processes and customs documentation
- Management experience overseeing transportation or logistics operations
- Experience in live events, touring, or production logistics is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel, with the ability to analyze freight costs and carrier performance
