Job Summary
Supporting the PMA-259 program office remotely, the full-time Transportation Program Analyst will manage transportation planning, analysis, and execution for international shipments of aircraft, weapons, and support equipment while addressing transportation issues and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Support transportation planning and execution for FMS cases involving various defense materiel
- Identify and analyze transportation issues, providing solutions to ensure effective case execution
- Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain visibility of shipment status and develop transportation plans in compliance with DoD requirements
Required qualifications
- Active Department of Defense Secret or Interim Secret Security Clearance
- Bachelor's degree with three years of related experience, or an Associate's degree with seven years of related experience, or thirteen years of directly related experience without a degree
- Experience in FMS, logistics, transportation, acquisition, or program management within a DoD environment
- Ability to analyze information and effectively track program activities
- Familiarity with hazardous cargo transportation requirements and applicable DoD regulations
