Job Summary

As a full-time Travel Concierge working remotely, the successful candidate will manage high-value travel and lifestyle requests for discerning members, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional service while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of travel and lifestyle requests, coordinating tasks including luxury accommodations, flights, dining reservations, and complex logistics
• Deliver high-touch member support via chat, maintaining clear communication and strong follow-through
• Act as a brand ambassador, reinforcing Atlas's premium positioning through attention to detail and anticipating member needs

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in luxury travel, concierge services, or high-end lifestyle management
• Proven ability to manage complex, personalized itineraries and high-stakes requests with minimal oversight
• Strong global travel knowledge, including familiarity with top-tier hotels, dining, and cultural destinations
• High level of discretion and comfort handling sensitive member information
• Strong organizational instincts with the ability to juggle multiple live requests and shifting priorities
