Travel Concierge
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time overnight capacity, the Travel Concierge will assist customers with travel requests, manage itineraries, and resolve travel-related issues while utilizing GDS tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with domestic and international travel requests
- Research, book, modify, and manage travel arrangements
- Resolve travel-related issues quickly and professionally through various communication channels
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of travel industry experience
- Experience using a Global Distribution System (GDS) is required, with Sabre experience preferred
- Background in supporting airlines, travel agencies, or corporate travel
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be available for overnight shifts and weekends
