Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Travel Concierge will assist customers with domestic and international travel requests, manage travel arrangements, and resolve issues, all while adhering to an overnight schedule that includes weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with domestic and international travel requests
- Research, book, modify, and manage travel arrangements using GDS tools
- Resolve travel-related issues quickly and professionally through various communication channels
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of travel industry experience
- Experience using a Global Distribution System (GDS) is required, with Sabre experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting airlines, travel agencies, corporate travel, or travel reservations
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
