Supporting users in a remote capacity, the full-time Travel Consultant will assist travelers with disruptions, changes, and rebookings while acting as a trusted advisor aligned with client travel policies.
Key responsibilities
- Support travelers during disruptions, changes, or rebookings throughout their journey
- Provide guidance and solutions aligned with client travel policies while responding to customer inquiries via chat and email
- Share insights on industry regulations and travel-related policies to help customers make informed decisions
Required qualifications
- Experience as a travel agent
- Relevant skills in GDS, preferably Sabre
- Strong knowledge of travel industry policies, procedures, and processes
- Proficiency in English; additional skills in French are a plus
