Travel Consultant - After Hours

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Travel Consultant - After Hours, the candidate will manage all aspects of travel arrangements for clients, including booking domestic and complex international itineraries, while working evening and weekend shifts remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Answer client calls and emails promptly to assist with new travel arrangements or changes to existing itineraries
• Utilize Sabre to accurately book and issue airline, hotel, car, and other reservations
• Provide excellent customer service and travel expertise, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 2 years of experience booking domestic and international travel, with complex international travel preferred
• Experience using a GDS System, specifically Sabre
• Knowledge of government travel requirements, visas, and federal travel regulations
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
