Travel Consultant - Corporate
Job Summary
Responsible for managing all aspects of travel for clients, the full-time Travel Consultant - Corporate International/Complex will utilize a GDS system to book domestic and complex international travel arrangements while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining account knowledge.
Key responsibilities
- Book and issue airline, hotel, car, and other reservations using Sabre, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and provide expert guidance on travel arrangements
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity and transactions while adhering to company policies and procedures
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 2 years of experience booking domestic and international travel, with complex international experience preferred
- Proficiency in using a GDS system, specifically Sabre; experience with Amadeus is a plus
- Strong understanding of federal travel regulations and travel industry codes
- Ability to work remotely and meet home-office requirements, including a flexible schedule
