Job Summary
To support the Travel Contact Center team, a full-time Travel Sales Associate will manage sales and service inquiries related to air, car, rail, and hotel reservations for both Members and non-Members while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve clients through telephone, email, and web chat by selling and servicing travel reservations
- Book and provide counsel on domestic air, rail, hotel, and car reservations, focusing on preferred vendor products
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and meet established performance goals
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 18 months of sales/customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Proficiency in automated airline reservation systems and travel partner booking sites within six months
- Ability to work weekends, overtime, and/or holidays as required
- Stable, high-speed, hard-wired internet connection required throughout employment
