Job Summary
To support the Travel Contact Center team, a full-time Travel Sales Associate will serve Members and non-Members through multiple communication channels, selling and servicing air, car, rail, and hotel reservations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Sell and service travel reservations for Members and non-Members via telephone, email, and web chat
- Maintain long-term relationships with travel clients to encourage repeat business and meet performance requirements
- Stay updated on travel products, policies, and systems to provide accurate information and support to clients
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 18 months of sales or customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Ability to work weekends, overtime, and holidays as required
- A quiet workspace free from distractions and a stable, high-speed internet connection
- Successful completion of virtual training class
