Treasury Analyst

Job Summary

Managing vendor onboarding and payment operations support, the full-time Treasury Analyst will ensure data integrity, compliance documentation, and audit readiness while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage vendor onboarding, master maintenance, and banking documentation for compliance and fraud prevention
• Support payment operations through payment preparation, exception research, and supplier inquiry management
• Perform vendor master governance activities, including data quality reviews and compliance reporting

Required qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable
• High School diploma or equivalent education
• Knowledge of accounts payable operations and vendor management
• Proficiency in Oracle, JDE, and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
