Treasury Management Associate
Job Summary
To support client interactions, the full-time contract Treasury Management Associate will serve as the primary contact for clients regarding treasury management products, resolve inquiries, and maintain strong client relationships while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to treasury management products
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and assist with onboarding and implementation activities
- Facilitate virtual training sessions for clients on treasury management services and monitor client satisfaction to recommend process improvements
Required qualifications
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions
- Experience with ERP platforms and SAP systems
- Understanding of treasury management services, including ACH and wire transfers
- Experience in a regulated banking environment
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple departments and stakeholders
