Treasury Management Specialist
Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of corporate clients, the contract Treasury Management Specialist will provide technical support and training during online banking system upgrades while delivering exceptional customer service in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Effectively manage client transitions from legacy banking platforms to new systems
- Conduct virtual training sessions and provide ongoing technical support to clients
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and consult on additional client needs
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months to 5+ years of experience in Treasury Management or related fields
- Experience with online banking treasury management systems and NACHA files
- Proven track record in client service, account management, or project management
- BS in business, finance, accounting, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and experience in a contact center environment is a plus
