Treasury Management Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the implementation and maintenance of commercial Treasury Management and Business Online Banking clients, the remote Treasury Management Specialist will manage client profiles, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure compliance with operational procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Treasury Management relationships for commercial clients, ensuring accurate system setups and documentation
• Perform quality-control reviews and resolve discrepancies in client documentation and system configurations
• Provide support to clients and internal teams, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to Treasury Management services

Required qualifications

• Minimum one year of hands-on experience with Jack Henry banking systems; experience with SilverLake and/or Jack Henry Treasury Management preferred
• At least five years of experience in Treasury Management, business banking, or related banking operations
• Working knowledge of ACH, wires, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, and commercial online banking
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; AAP, CTP, or related certification is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining accurate documentation and clear priorities
