Job Summary
Leading the establishment of a treasury function for a newly formed global business, the full-time remote Treasury Manager will design treasury strategy, manage liquidity and funding, and oversee cash management and financial risk while collaborating with executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement the standalone treasury strategy and governance framework for a $1.3 billion global business
- Develop liquidity plans and funding strategies aligned with business growth objectives
- Establish and oversee global banking architecture and working capital management processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field required
- 8+ years of progressive treasury and finance experience, including leadership in a multinational organization
- Demonstrated experience in building or transforming a treasury function within a standalone or rapidly evolving organization
- Strong knowledge of liquidity planning, cash forecasting, and financial risk management
- Experience supporting operations in the United States, Canada, and China is strongly preferred
