Job Summary
Leading key capital markets activities, the full-time Treasury Manager, Capital Markets will manage debt and credit facilities, drive cash flow forecasting, support debt investor relations, and oversee financial risk management while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Nielsen's revolving credit facility and oversee borrowing activity, including debt covenant compliance reporting
- Drive corporate cash flow forecasting and coordinate inputs across various corporate teams
- Prepare presentation materials for senior leadership, including Board presentations and Sponsor cash flow presentations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline
- 5-10 years of finance experience, preferably with prior treasury capital markets experience
- CFA charter or progress toward CFA charter is a plus
- Experience working in a private equity-owned company is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and ability to build constructive relationships across the organization
