Treasury Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Hands-on and execution-focused, the full-time Treasury Operations Analyst will manage daily cash movements and approvals, maintain Treasury's reporting processes, and design automated tools to enhance operational efficiency, with the option to work remotely within Canada or the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and approve daily cash movements, ensuring accuracy and timely settlement
• Design and maintain automated cash and liquidity reporting to reduce reliance on manual processes
• Partner with Accounting and Data/Analytics teams to ensure accurate cash activity reporting and support broader Finance reporting needs

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in treasury operations, corporate treasury, FP&A, or a related finance/accounting function
• Prior experience at a fintech, bank, or other regulated financial institution
• Strong data modeling skills and comfort with large datasets
• Demonstrated experience in transitioning manual processes to scalable automations
• Familiarity with SQL and/or willingness to learn, with exposure to NetSuite or similar ERP systems being a plus
