Treasury Operations Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing treasury operations and banking relationships, the full-time remote Principal, Treasury & Banking will manage cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, and investment activities to ensure financial stability and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day treasury operations, including cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, and working capital management
• Oversee banking relationships and lead the evaluation and implementation of treasury systems to enhance operational efficiency
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership on liquidity, investments, and financial risk management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of progressive experience in treasury, cash management, banking, or corporate finance
• Demonstrated experience managing cash, liquidity, treasury systems, and banking relationships
• Experience providing financial analysis and treasury expertise to senior leadership
• Ability to support compliance program objectives and interact cooperatively with colleagues
