Job Summary
To support a high-volume fintech lending environment, the full-time remote Treasury Supervisor will oversee daily treasury operations, including loan funding, cash management, and payment infrastructure, while managing Banking-as-a-Service relationships and ensuring compliance with internal controls.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily loan funding and settlement operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Manage the Banking-as-a-Service relationship, monitoring service levels and operational performance
- Prepare and manage daily cash positions across various accounts to ensure sufficient liquidity
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in treasury operations, cash management, or financial services operations
- 2+ years of supervisory experience or team leadership
- Hands-on experience with ACH, wire transfers, and cash positioning
- Strong understanding of treasury controls and operational risk management
