Job Summary
To support patient engagement and financial understanding, the full-time Treatment Plan Coordinator will serve as a liaison between providers and patients, explaining treatment protocols and related costs while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate discussions with patients regarding treatment plans and financial responsibilities via Teams
- Educate patients on insurance benefits and assist with financial arrangements for their treatment
- Track patient interactions and outcomes to ensure informed financial decisions are made
Required qualifications
- One to two years of relevant experience
- Healthcare insurance benefits experience required
- Familiarity with out-of-network (OON) and self-pay benefits
- Experience with sales in healthcare services preferred
- Proven customer service skills
