Triage LPN Nurse (Compact License)
Job Summary
To support after-hours care delivery, the part-time Remote Dispatch LPN Nurse (Compact License) will manage nurse visit encounters, prioritize based on acuity, and coordinate with on-call staff every other weekend from 10 AM to 7 PM CST.
Key responsibilities
- Manage encounters that require a nurse visit as assigned by a triage nurse
- Prioritize workgroup encounters based on patient acuity using internal tools
- Place outbound calls to on-call staff to arrange visits and relay necessary information
Required qualifications
- MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact LPN license
- Experience with end-of-life care is required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking
- Must possess high-speed internet and be tech-savvy
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
