Triage Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

To support patient care remotely, the full-time Triage Registered Nurse (RN) will assess patient needs telephonically, determine appropriate care levels, and provide education and follow-up instructions while collaborating with healthcare providers.

Key responsibilities:

• Utilizes established protocols to assess patient needs and develop care plans
• Prioritizes patient interactions based on acuity and implements strategies to enhance patient safety
• Maintains accurate clinical records and communicates patient information effectively to the healthcare team

Required qualifications:

• Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
• Associate's Degree in Nursing or equivalent knowledge
• Minimum of 2 years of acute care experience, preferably in ED or Urgent Care
• Proficient in technology and multiple documentation systems
• Ability to work every 4th weekend and holiday rotation
