Job Summary
To enhance online safety, the full-time Trust and Confidence Specialist will coordinate the response to trust and safety incidents, manage third-party vendor relationships, and support investigations related to harmful content, all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate intake, triage, and resolution of trust and safety incidents
- Serve as the primary coordinator for third-party moderation providers and manage vendor contracts
- Review case outcomes and identify trends to inform policy and process changes
Required Qualifications
- 3-7+ years in investigations, trust & safety, or related fields
- Experience liaising with law enforcement and handling sensitive matters
- Strong investigative and analytical skills
- Basic understanding of online abuse vectors and digital evidence handling
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders
