Job Summary

To support the Information Security organization, the full-time Trust and Confidence Specialist will coordinate responses to sensitive trust and safety matters, including the management of incidents related to harmful content, while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate intake, triage, and resolution of trust and safety incidents
  • Serve as the primary coordinator for third-party reporting to the NCMEC CyberTipline
  • Develop metrics and reporting to track program performance and identify opportunities for process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 3-7+ years in investigations, trust & safety, intelligence analysis, or related fields
  • Experience liaising with law enforcement engagement processes
  • Strong investigative and analytical skills
  • Excellent written communication and documentation abilities
  • Basic understanding of online abuse vectors and digital evidence handling
