Job Summary
Serving as a key operational member of the Information Security organization, the full-time Trust and Confidence Specialist will coordinate responses to sensitive trust and safety matters, including reporting to law enforcement, while managing investigations and liaising with internal and external stakeholders in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate intake, triage, and resolution of trust and safety incidents
- Serve as a primary coordinator for third-party moderation providers and manage vendor contracts
- Review case outcomes and identify trends to inform policy and process changes
Required Qualifications
- 3-7+ years in investigations, trust & safety, or related fields
- Experience liaising with law enforcement and handling sensitive matters
- Strong investigative and analytical skills
- Excellent written communication and documentation abilities
- Basic understanding of online abuse vectors and digital evidence handling
