Job Summary
To support the Information Security organization, the full-time Trust and Confidence Specialist will coordinate responses to sensitive trust and safety incidents, including the management of third-party reporting and investigations related to harmful content, while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate intake, triage, and resolution of trust and safety incidents
- Manage third-party vendor contracts and oversee reporting to the NCMEC CyberTipline
- Analyze case data to identify trends and inform policy changes related to online safety
Required Qualifications
- 3-7+ years in investigations, trust & safety, or related fields
- Experience liaising with law enforcement and handling sensitive matters
- Strong investigative and analytical skills
- Basic understanding of online abuse vectors and digital evidence handling
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with various internal stakeholders
