Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the full-time Trust and Safety Analyst will conduct safety investigations, review player reports, and document case details to ensure a safe gaming environment for players.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct manual safety case investigations and enforce actions according to studio policy
- Review and respond to player reports involving harassment, discrimination, and other inappropriate behaviors
- Document case details and compile reports of illegal harms to NCMEC or law enforcement
Required qualifications
- 1-2+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, content moderation, or customer support
- Understanding of sensitive player issues and online safety practices
- Experience with case documentation involving sensitive issues
- Strong analytical skills and ability to engage empathetically with players
- Excellent written communication skills
