Trust and Safety Contractor

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time temporary basis, the Trust and Safety Contractor will manage IP operations queues, handle escalations, and perform root cause analysis while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with established SOPs.

Key responsibilities:

• Process IP operations queues in accordance with documented SOPs and policy guidelines
• Handle escalations by triaging, investigating, and routing complex cases to appropriate stakeholders
• Perform root cause analysis on errors, trends, and process breakdowns, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 2+ years of experience in trust & safety operations, content moderation, or integrity program support
• Experience with product integrations and end-to-end workflow expertise
• Demonstrated ability to follow SOPs precisely while exercising judgment on nuanced cases
• Comfortable conducting investigations and handling escalations
