Job Summary

Working onsite in Austin, TX, the Trust and Safety Contractor II will provide operational support by processing Intellectual Property enforcement queues, handling escalations, and performing root cause analysis to maintain quality and policy consistency across workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Process Intellectual Property operations queues in accordance with documented SOPs and policy guidelines
• Handle escalations by triaging, investigating, and routing complex cases to appropriate stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal team members and cross-functional partners to ensure consistent enforcement outcomes

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Trust & Safety operations, content moderation, or IP enforcement
• Experience conducting investigations and root cause analysis
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required
• Experience working with SOP-driven operational processes
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
