Job Summary
Working remotely on a 6-month fixed-term basis, the Trust and Safety Investigator will manage ticket queues, resolve cases, and enforce policies to protect users from abuse, fraud, and related risks.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve assigned ticket cases while meeting quality and turnaround targets
- Triage and manage case backlogs according to urgency and risk
- Document investigations and escalate ambiguous cases with clear evidence
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in trust and safety, fraud, privacy, compliance, or similar fields
- Proven ability to manage ticket-based workflows against productivity benchmarks
- Experience applying policy frameworks consistently and recognizing escalation needs
- Familiarity with case management platforms and investigative tools
- Comfort handling sensitive material and high case volumes
