Trust and Safety Manager
Job Summary
As the first dedicated leader of Trust & Safety, the full-time remote Senior Manager will define trust protocols, build and lead a Trust & Safety team, and develop systems to ensure a safe and reliable marketplace for enterprise catering.
Key responsibilities
- Define trust standards and develop protocols for identifying and responding to trust-breaching incidents
- Transform policies into actionable playbooks and centralized tracking systems for the Trust & Safety team
- Lead high-stakes responses to trust-breaching events and establish consistent policy enforcement across departments
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Trust & Safety or related fields, with at least 3 years in program design and implementation
- Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams focused on dispute resolution and policy enforcement
- Hands-on experience in designing and scaling dispute resolution processes
- Exceptional judgment and decisiveness in high-pressure situations
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college; advanced graduate study preferred
