Trust and Safety Specialist

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic investigations team, the full-time Trust and Safety Specialist will manage end-to-end fraud investigations, verify identity and location signals, and conduct audits while working remotely from India.

Key responsibilities

• Run investigations by triaging flagged accounts, reviewing evidence, and processing removals in line with policy and SLA
• Own IDV review by verifying identity and location signals for high-risk accounts and distinguishing genuine cases from fraud
• Detect multi-accounting and account integrity abuse by recognizing patterns across linked accounts and behavioral signals

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, fraud/risk, or identity-verification investigations from a relevant platform or vendor
• Direct experience with identity/fraud signals, including device fingerprinting and behavioral fraud scoring
• Experience in recognizing multi-accounting and account integrity patterns
• Strong case documentation skills with the ability to write evidence-backed case notes
• Working knowledge of data privacy obligations, such as GDPR, relevant to case handling
