Trust Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support critical payroll disbursement functions, the full-time Trust Operations Specialist II will accurately process wage disbursement transactions, monitor file processing, resolve exceptions, and ensure audit compliance in a fast-paced operations environment.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately load, validate, and process wage disbursement files while monitoring for exceptions
• Serve as a liaison between employers, government agencies, and banking partners to resolve disbursement-related issues
• Review audit reports to ensure compliance with established procedures and prepare departmental metrics

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll, tax, trust operations, or related financial operations
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
• Experience with payroll disbursement processing or financial transaction processing
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
