Job Summary
To support the trust team, the full-time remote Trust Operations Specialist will manage end-to-end process automation, collaborate cross-functionally to enhance trust infrastructure, and provide strategic insights to leadership regarding risk and operational integrity.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strategic automations and standardized processes for trust and safety functions
- Partner with Engineering and Growth teams to drive initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness
- Oversee analytics and reporting, identifying risk patterns and informing policy decisions through data-driven insights
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Security, Trust & Safety Operations, or Risk Operations at a high-growth technology company
- Proven track record in building end-to-end solutions from data collection to execution
- Experience working cross-functionally with Policy, Legal, or Safety teams
- Highly adaptable with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
- Strong ability to translate complex risk data into clear recommendations
