Trust Reconciliation Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a contract Trust Reconciliation Analyst for a hybrid role where the individual will document, analyze, and reconcile financial information to provide accurate and timely data to management and clients, working part-time in the office and contributing to team objectives over a 6-12 month period.

Key responsibilities:

• Document, analyze, and reconcile financial information for management and clients
• Review transactions from custodial downloads and account reconciliation processes
• Investigate reconciliation exceptions and resolve discrepancies promptly

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional business or college-level training preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in Trust Reconciliations or Trust Operations preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
• Fundamental understanding of retirement plans and trust business operations
• Basic knowledge of securities processing preferred but not required
