Job Summary
Seeking an analytically strong Trust & Safety Manager, this full-time remote position will manage policies and standards, conduct risk analysis, and ensure marketplace integrity while driving insights into actionable strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Own and develop Trust & Safety policies, enforcement standards, and governance processes
- Conduct trend analysis and risk reporting to identify emerging issues and recommend data-backed solutions
- Contribute to fraud detection and investigate suspicious activities to enhance marketplace integrity
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, Risk, Integrity, Fraud, or Platform Governance
- Proven track record of risk analysis that influenced product or policy decisions
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with SQL or similar experience preferred
- Experience developing and evolving Trust & Safety policies in a live enforcement environment
- Strong judgment and the ability to navigate ambiguity in decision-making
