Job Summary
To enhance community safety, the full-time Trust & Safety Specialist will investigate reported violations, coordinate incident responses, and provide empathetic support to community members while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate reported violations of house rules and conduct thorough analyses of incidents
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage and resolve safety-related situations
- Provide empathetic support to community members experiencing negative situations
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing Trust & Safety role
- Experience conducting investigations and managing urgent, high-priority issues
- Knowledge of cross-functional incident response efforts
- Expertise in de-escalation techniques and victim advocacy
- Flexible availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
