Key responsibilities
- Manage existing product portfolios, including underwriting improvements and policy wording
- Ensure compliance with Turkish Insurance Law and related regulations
- Support the development of new products and tailor solutions for partners
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in insurance product development, pricing, or underwriting
- Minimum 2 years of documented insurance experience (SGK records)
- Valid "Technical Personnel Qualification Certificate" issued by SEGEM
- No criminal record preventing employment in the insurance sector
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
