Job Summary

Leading a team of Turn/Make-Ready Coordinators, the full-time Turnover Manager will oversee multiple nationwide projects, ensuring timely and quality turnarounds while managing vendor relationships and meeting key performance indicators in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of local and offshore coordinators while overseeing numerous turn/make-ready projects
• Ensure compliance with KPIs related to turn duration, cost, quality, and vacate to turn start timelines
• Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors and trade vendors, ensuring quality and cost-effective service

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of turnover management experience in residential real estate, preferably single-family rentals
• Expertise in residential turn, renovation, and maintenance technical applications
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision and influence senior leaders
• Experience working with HOAs and municipalities
• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
