TVT Registry Data Abstractor

Job Summary

To support remote registry operations, the part-time TVT Registry Data Abstractor will be responsible for abstracting data related to various cardiovascular procedures while adhering to established guidelines and productivity standards.

Key responsibilities

• Abstract data for the STS/ACC TVT Registry, focusing on specific case types such as TAVR, MLC, TTVR, and TMVR
• Assist management in meeting project goals and deadlines while maintaining quality and productivity standards
• Utilize clinical registry data abstraction specifications and software systems to ensure accurate data entry and documentation

Required qualifications

• Minimum of one year of current abstraction experience in the STS/ACC TVT Registry
• Experience with TVT Registry Patient Follow Up
• Familiarity with additional NCDR data registries is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google products
• Relevant certifications such as RN, RHIA/RHIT, or CPHQ are preferred
