UAT Analyst
Job Summary
Focused on ensuring product quality, the full-time remote UAT Analyst will manage User Acceptance Testing for assigned products, validate features and processes from the customer perspective, and provide direct support to Alpha Merchants.
Key responsibilities
- Validate product features and deliverables prior to merchant release, identifying gaps and defects
- Assist Alpha Merchants with setup and training on new features while acting as a subject matter expert
- Adhere to delivery deadlines and communicate risks to quality and timelines through appropriate channels
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in software testing or quality assurance is a plus
- Strong documentation and training skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and translate business needs into development specifications
- Experience in restaurant and/or retail environments preferred
